Type L-2B SKYLINE CLOTHING CORPORATION 2nd BOMB.
After World War II, the 2nd Bomb Squadron was reorganized under the Strategic Air Command at March Air Force Base in 1948, and was dispatched to Okinawa at the outbreak of the Korean War in 1950. In 1963, it was equipped with the "Bowing B-52 Strato fortress," designed in anticipation of the Cold War era, enabling it to operate on a global scale 24 hours a day. While the patch customization itself is standard, the Strategic Air Force patch is a rare and valuable black-rimmed patch that was only seen in the 1950s.
