This is the 2024 model “WHITE EGRET” from Sun Surf, a brand that revives many vintage aloha shirts.
The Aloha shirt of Sun Surf is one that has gained sympathy for the technique and process to complete the fabric and sewing by analyzing the huge collection of vintage Aloha shirts owned by the brand.

“WHITE EGRET”.
This work has become an oriental design (Japanese pattern) with a motif of a bird known for having the habit of living in groups by the time, a white egret, and at that time, it was printed in the dye factory “Aloha trade” that Isamu Takabuki started up in Kyoto, and was developed in the U.S. mainland as Kaimana Hawaiian style. It is a reprint of the original version that was developed in the U.S. mainland as the Kaimana Hawaiian style.
The gradation that frames the birds' bodies emphasizes the motif even more.
This print is made by the overprinting technique, which is suitable for delicate and realistic designs that require a large number of colors, as in this work.

The neck has an open collar, which is standard for aloha shirts, but it is possible to close the top button under the collar according to your style.
An original Sun Surf design name is attached to the back of the neck.

The chest pocket and the left and right body parts are pattern-matched, creating a sense of unity in the design.
The pattern matching requires high sewing skills and a large amount of fabric, so it is carefully and extravagantly made, and you can feel the care that only a long-established replica Aloha company can take.
Bamboo buttons are used for the buttons, which go well with Japanese patterns, and are made of materials that enhance the atmosphere of the patterns.
