■The unique appeal of "Western clothing originating in Japan"
The style, familiar to American soldiers, features a shape modeled after a baseball jacket and zippers reminiscent of flight jackets, along with oriental embroidery that made it a popular souvenir. <br>

By taking advantage of the lustrous rayon thread and skillfully manipulating the needle foot, the design shines with artisanal skill, using three-dimensional effects and shading to express the tiger's fur and stripes in a solid color. <br>

The embroidery is performed using a special "horizontal swing sewing machine," rather than a typical automatic sewing machine, which allows the artisan to control the swing width and needle foot. Supervised by artisans who have been working in embroidery since the 1950s, we have achieved a genuine, authentic finish. <br>

Made from acetate, the most standard material for sukajan, it features a soft texture and a drape-like feel.
In the post-war period, procuring silk thread was difficult due to material restrictions, so acetate, with its luxurious feel similar to silk, was historically used.
