Deluxe Wear's popular heavy flannel series, the 2023 model "W. VINTAGE".
The checkered pattern with a vintage feel has been incorporated into the domestically manufactured flannel material, giving it an old-fashioned feel, but with a finish that allows you to enjoy the highest quality of today's products.
The fabric is a grafted heavy flannel manufactured in Nishiwaki, Hyogo Prefecture.
The outer fabric is finished with a 2/1 twill weave of warp yarn #16 and weft yarn #10.
Both warp and weft yarns are made of air-spun yarns and have a characteristic dry texture.
The lining is a plain weave fabric combining ring and air-spun yarns.
The outer and lining fabrics have different patterns and weaves, but are exquisitely balanced, and the slightly lightweight, medium-weight fabric can be enjoyed for a long season.
Deluxe wear logo name is attached to the back of the neck.
The buttons are four-hole resin buttons.
The sleeves can be rolled up, and the front can be opened and closed for a different look.
The flap pocket on the left chest has a shape with rounded corners, and the fabric is accented with a bias against the body.
The design also shows careful attention to detail, with the pattern of the flap pockets being firmly matched to the body.
The parts that are easily stressed when wearing the shirt are sewn with excellent strength and have an appealing work shirt-like appearance.
