■HEAVYWEIGHT SWEAT MARILYN MONROE "ANYTHING GOES"
The "MARILYN MONROE "ANYTHING GOES"" sweatshirt is part of Toys McCoy's Fall/Winter 2025 collection.
This popular series, created by Toys McCoy with a deep knowledge of various American cultures, incorporates designs capturing the charm of the legendary actress Marilyn Monroe, based on rare photographs and documents from the era, and features a thick sweatshirt body.
■A design that embodies the charm of a great star actress
In February 1954, while visiting Japan on her honeymoon with Joe DiMaggio, Marilyn Monroe made a surprise visit to the U.S. military's K-2 Air Base on the Korean Peninsula with members of her band, "ANITHING GOES."
The grand concert held at the "Bulldozer Bowl," a stage built by the 2nd Infantry Division, remains legendary to this day.
This model features a print-style illustration of Monroe, along with the historic event's key words, "1954," and the "Anything Goes" logo.
The playful illustration is inspired by vintage pieces featuring portraits of musicians.
■High-quality, made in Japan for long-lasting wear
The fabric is a thick, brushed-back 100% cotton sweatshirt that offers excellent warmth and comfort.
It's finished with a flat-seam stitch using a four-needle sewing machine, which creates flat seams.
The neck rib is made with a twin-needle binder neck that resists stretch.
The V-shaped design, featuring triangular "V gussets" on the front and back of the neck, creates a V-shaped design that evokes the feel of a vintage sweatshirt.
The round body is knitted into a tubular shape on a loopwheel knitting machine, and the lack of side seams means there are no noticeable seams when worn, resulting in a comfortable fit.
