Introducing the N-1 deck jacket, SNOOPY “RADIOMAN” from the Toys McCoy Fall/Winter 2024 collection.
This is an officially licensed series of military clothing created by Toys McCoy, a company with a deep knowledge of various American cultures, with prints and patches of Snoopy, a popular character appearing in the American-born cartoon “Peanuts”.
N-1 DECK JACKET SNOOPY “RADIOMAN
The position of U.S. Navy radio officer was given to enlisted personnel involved in naval communications (i.e., naval communications), such as radio communications, code breaking, and mail services. This custom N-1 focuses on the “Radioman,” a highly sensitive and critical part of a major operation, with embroidered patches and painted depictions of the four electric lights on the rank insignia of the enlisted men serving in this position, and the '57 version of Snoopy.”
The retro design is different from the Snoopy we are familiar with today, and the result is tasteful.
The N-1 deck jacket is unique in that it is made for work on the deck of a ship, which is constantly exposed to cold sea breezes.
The high-density woven jungle cloth used for the outer material is windproof, waterproof, and coldproof, making it the perfect material to protect against extreme cold.
The lining is made of a thick alpaca wool pile for exceptional warmth.
The collar can be turned up and the button-fastening chinstrap fastened for extra warmth.
The front has a dual button and zipper closure and the sleeve lining is boaored for high warmth retention.
Even the sleeve linings are sewn with alpaca wool boa.
The slash pockets on both sides are of a good height, making it easy to insert your hands into them, and they are convenient as hand warmers.
The cuffs are fitted and ribbed to prevent cold wind from entering.
The boa lining extends throughout the entire garment, including the lining of the sleeves, providing excellent warmth.
The hem can be adjusted with a drawcord.
While high consideration is given to cold protection, ventilation holes are provided under the armpits to prevent the inside from becoming stuffy.
